The picture on the top of this page features a Kitchen Remodel for one of your Edgewater neighbors in Andersonville. This home was originally a two flat and was converted into a single-family home. This really opened up the space and allowed us to put in a very large kitchen and open up the first floor. We installed a farmhouse sink in the island and did cabinets on both sides of the island. We installed quartz countertops and a white subway tile backsplash. We added glass two large picture windows to both sides of the kitchen to bring in as much natural lighting as possible. And the picture immediately above this section shows the master bathroom for this home in Edgewater. We expanded this bathroom to get a double bowl vanity and added a clawfoot tub. Again, we added a large privacy picture window to bring in lots of natural light.
In the pictures that follow, you will notice a butler pantry that we added to this home. The glass on the doors are perfect for showcasing fine plates and china. We added French doors with blinds between the glass which leads to the back porch. The photo below that shows the large shower in the master bathroom. We used a hexagon tile mosaic marble for the flooring, accent, and shampoo niche really make this shower stunning! The shower featured a vertical spa with body jets and a hand wand.
In this next picture you will find yet another varying style of bathroom remodeling in the Andersonville neighborhood of Edgewater. We used a 12” by 24” Valentino grey marble for the flooring and 3” by 9” marble for the bathtub surround.
